“The product arrived much much later than ordered, planned or expected. I ordered them because I know from experience that they are great quality extensions, and I wanted to look great as a bridesmaid in my friend's wedding.
1.they were back ordered twice, so I had to purchase a set of Lord and Cliff clip-ins (which are actually amazing) from a beauty supply store for the wedding.
2. When they did arrive, the "dark brown" color was not the same as when I ordered before. It is lighter with more gold.
I opened the package and it is sitting in my drawer as I try to figure out what I am going to do with them.”
“I thought these were great at first..... but as a month went by after I had washed them once the colour came out. they went from a dark brown to a red. I took amazing care of them but they didn't even last me three months. they matted aswell. horrible. waste of money that was.
I'm wondering if maybe my set was just a bad one as there isn't many negative reviews. I may try another set and see how it goes. but as for the ones I do have. they don't even deserve 1 star.”
