“I was so excited to get my bellami piccolinas. However when I wore them they were extremely matted and tangled. And one of the clips broke on one of the wefts within a week of owning them. I figured maybe I just got a defective batch or something? I've never had this happen to me before with any of the other hair extension brands I had tried. It was really upsetting. I'm hoping that maybe it was just the set that was provided to me and that this quality is not what was provided to other customers as well.”
“Hair was great. BUT, I also ordered the carrying case and hanger. The hanger snapped the first time I used it they did not send me a replacement of offer a refund upon calling customer service. I had thrown it away as was out of state for my wedding, and had thrown it away. Because of this, they did not say I had proof and were extremely rude over the phone. Disappointed for spending so much on hair and bring an honest consumer. I have dissuaded friends from this product secondary to rude customer service.”
“The hair feels artificial and smells like plastic, even thought it is described as natural. It is beautiful but the clip on line sometimes shows up from your real hair.”
“You sent me them in black. I attempted to bleach them to go lighter but it didn't work at all because they are obviously not 100% real hair like claimed to be. Will never be repurchasing from your company.”
