“Bought the dark brown clip ins for my wedding hair and I am so happy I did. I didn’t need the length, but wanted more volume as my natural hair is very fine. My stylist slightly teased my hair at the root before clipping them in, and once they were in they were not going anywhere. And believe me, she was pulling and prodding at my head to get the style I wanted . They felt so secure and blended perfectly with my hair and the quality of the hair is exceptional!!”

“My items came in damaged, and I knew if I tried returning them it would just be a hassle. My bag was already opened, and it had the tag that once it was open it would loose its value, so obviously I wouldn’t have been able to return it.. plus it didn’t seem like the extensions I picked were meant for my hair. I picked 120g when I should of done 160g.
So damaged item, and not enough knowledge for knowing which extensions to get. So it was a miss miss situation....”
“Let me start with this - I never used hair extensions ever before of any kind. So this was my 1st experience (and it was a bad one). My hair stylist recommended Bellami for my wedding updo as my hair is medium length and fine. I researched and saw a lot of negative reviews on-line, youtube but not on Bellami's website... Despite all these reviews, I did purchase a set - Piccolina 18 inch, 120 grams. I previously consulted with Bellami specialists to make sure I am getting correct color. I submitted my pictures and received suggestion of #2, dark brown. I purchased.
1st negative thing - you cannot really try extension or even inspect if content of it is corresponding with the description, and if there exact amount of wefts as supposed to be, unless you open the bag. So I had to try only tester. Unfortunately, the color was too dark for me... I was disappointed because as expensive as these extensions are, the company doesn't even offer the free shipping!!! I lost money on shipping to me because of wrong Bellami recommendations and had to loose even more on shipping this set back...
I wasn't offered a refund for wrong recommendations, instead I was offered to "eat my loses" and buy another hair extensions.
The only good thing is that hair is very soft, but like I mention, I didn't wash it like other people did, so with how thin the extensions are (it gives absolutely NO VOLUME), it would easily tangle up very quickly, like for other people it happened.
And I do believe, that all negative reviews that people posted, were erased from Bellami website, that's why there aren't any (lower than 4 star rating). Instead all over Google and YouTube there are bad reviews, I saw on video how thin those extensions really are (it happened after I already placed my order and was waiting for it to arrive), and FOR THE PRICE I paid I had such bad customer service, no commitment to customer satisfaction, not so good quality or opportunity to choose the right product, and last but not least, it's insane that they are so expensive and NO FREE SHIPPING at least one way or even both ways for $120 and up!
I do not recommend this product, it's risky to buy on-line, you can't try unless you buy it, but when you buy it and the color/texture is wrong for your hair, you have to LOOSE MONEY on shipping BOTH WAYS!
Do yourself a favor, buy on Amazon, they sell decent hair, if you buy wrong color, you can just exchange it (which is what I did. Now my hair stylist learned from my sad experience with Bellami and good one with Amazon, where it is best to buy extensions from and now she recommends to all her clients!). I bought 16 inch, 200 grams great extensions for $45!
I don't know if Bellami will erase my honest review as other people said they erased theirs and blocked them from accessing website, but I sincerely hope Bellami will do honest business and my review will be posted for everyone to see my objective feedback which can be an excellent growth opportunity for improvement for Bellami.
