“I absolutely love these extensions! They are so soft and much better then the ones I was using before. Normally I have to replace mine monthly but these are going 2 months strong! The main reason I am not giving it 5 stars is because I did not think the color was correct. It was not a dark brown it was a light to medium brown with highlights in it. I just ended up dying it to match my hair. But overall GREAT extensions”

“I sent pictures to have my hair matched and I watched YouTube video. The hair was two shades too dark. Had to send back and was sad. BUT I had really wanted 16” and they only came in 18” so I was going to have to put in work and have them cut anyways. Tried a different brand after that and they had 16” as an option and they matched better & looked more like the pics and videos than bella did. Sorry! Was disappointed in bella.”
