“For first time buyer with extensions I didn’t have a good experience. The return policy or exchange policy is horrible. There customers service sucks. Never again will I buy from here.”
“I have order about 5 -7 times and not only was the FREE pony not chocolate brown but the Piccolina hair wasn't the best- its super thin not 120 grams, its very very dry which i personal dont know how it can be. I used it for my sister wedding and i felt awful with it in.”
“I love my extensions, Lways match my color...except this time I qualified for a free pony-tail...fail! I picked exact same color (obviously why wouldn't I??) an got a different color....mostly black. Pretty upset as I'm a great customer!!! It's s free item so why can't I send it back for the right color?? Yes I opened it..kinda hard to match in the package?? Never worn, I literally pulled it out an matched it with my hair color or actually extensions..nope. Super upset, was looking forward to my free gift. Probably switching to another brand since this super upset me. Would have given 5 stars if I was sent the RIGHT product...how's that my fault if someone can't match colors in the warehouse??
