“First I'll say that these are amazing quality. My only problem is the color. I sent a few pictures in and was told to get the chocolate brown color. They are a darker than I hoped but what I'm really disappointed about is the reddish undertone. I did not expect this reddish tint and I think that is what really makes these extensions stick out as unnatural against my natural hair which has more of a cool undertone.”

“The "chocolate brown" is not chocolate nor a level 4 as the use of the number 4 in the description. I would say these are a 6.4 and 20vol or a light copper brown. I colored the root with a natural level 4 and blended down to an ombre with the existing copper brown and now they're beautiful. Thick and soft and chocolate brown.”
“I have what considered "chocolate brown" I'd say this is more light golden or chestnut (my natural hair color) but the quality is great! Sadly I need them Friday for a wedding so I can't exchange them.. I'll just have to dye them! But no biggie, still love the quality”
