“easy to work with as a new extension user. color is very pretty, purchased chocolate. ponytail is still one I am working with to attach correctly, i will get pointers from hairdresser next visit. still working with the curling of the hair. my hairdresser can get it to curl just fine, but this here newby is struggling a little bit. just don't give up if you find your in my shoes too. keep working at it, we will all get it eventually if we keep trying.”
“I LOVE the quality of these extensions, the only thing that bothered me was the colour. I've bought 4's off another site before and they were a "chocolate brown", they were dark, when I got these they looked coppery/auburny/orangey. I've dyed them to the correct colour and they still feel amazing (my roommate said they matched my hair & they didn't but I had already opened the package). Overall I LOVE them and will always buy from Bellami.”
“I had my hair color-matched through email with pictures I provided, however the color I purchased was way off. The texture of the tester piece was very course, did not feel like real human hair - ultimately why I decided not to go with bellami. Did not love the customer service either. It took me a few attempts to finally have the return instructions sent to me.
But again, ultimately for me the dealbreaker was the texture of the extensions.”
