“I purchased the chocolate brown after researching and reading reviews. I am happy with the product and quality. However, the chocolate brown is NOT a true chocolate brown at all. It was a very light red/brown colour. I am glad that I didn't purchase the dark brown because it would have been too dark. Still disappointed in the colour.”

The ponytail that i recieved free had the same color as the extensions labeled on it... But was a tottally different color all together.. Its was a better match but stillnot an acurate choc. Brown... “This is the 2nd time i bought from bellami hair extensions.. The 1st time i bought them they were good but after 2 months they fall down they were too thin and hard to brush them i didn't do any thing wrong with them .. The clips were broken .. Bad clips.
This time you sent me a very very thin extensions bad than the first one .. The colore i order is chocolate brown they are different than the pictures and not the same color as the ponytail extention therefore the extention are chocolate brown.
The extentions are tangle every time i put them and the ponytail the same.
