“I've ordered form here before and was so happy they changed the colors I own a bridal hair company and order all the time the last two times the colors are completely off I order a level 2 and it's a level 6 so unhappy”
“So disappointed with my latest order, I have been a huge fan in the past. I am not new to Bellami Hair extensions, I usually reorder a set of hair extensions (120-160 grams) every 6-8 Months and switch between chocolate brown and ash brown depending on the color I'm feeling that season. However I recently ordered the piccolina in chocolate brown and received ash brown, since I had already darkened my natural hair to chocolate brown I was quite upset when I received the wrong color. I wanted to see if the Browns would blend together once I applied them fully and they was too big of a difference to make it work. Because I had opened them though to try and see if they'd still work I was not able to return them OR exchange. Money in the trash.”
