“my extensions were too thin on the ends so didn't blend in with my thick straight ends. this was my 1st order I had no idea there was a sample I was supposed to open I simply opened everything then was told I couldn't return because they had been opened. also when I placed my order I was told I would get a free ponytail by using code pony when I checked out. there was no ponytail in the package when I sent a message I never heard anything back. I would have been a good customer because I love long hair which is hard for me to grow on my own. disappointed as I spend over $100.00”
“I was very excited to get my extensions, looked up videos, reviews and pictures of each color before making my decision. I ordered chocolate brown, but I got a very red, medium brown color that does not look natural. I cannot speak to the quality of the set because I did not take them out, I am planning on returning. Overall, I am disappointed.”
