“Hi I also purchased piccollina 18" in #618 and ponytail in the same colour. However, the two are different colours even though they are both #618. I would like to exchange the ponytail as it is very light almost white. Also the wefts are not quite as blonde as they should be but I have opened the packet so I cannot exchange those. Please tell me how I can return the ponytail”
