“Sent a picture to color match and extensions I got did not match my hair AT ALL. It also wasn't made clear that the "sample" piece you get when your extensions arrive are a part of the actual pack so I dyed a small piece to see if I could dye them to match my hair which did not work so the warranty was voided. Not happy with my experience other than the quality of hair was great.”
