“At first we were short shipped. Then when the 2nd package arrived it was the wrong color. However, the 2nd package in the correct color arrived even before I had a chance to return the package of incorrect extensions. So I was initially upset but when everything was straightened out I was elated. Great customer service darlings!!! We will be a customer for a long long time! Very pleased with how this was handled.”
