“I expected something of better quality tbh.
I ordered picolina 18” chocolate brown.
First of all, the color is way too light for a chicolate brown one.. it is more like light ash brown.
Secondly, the hair is too thin and pointy at the tips, after first wash it turned out to look dull, frizzy and it sheds like crazy!! I don’t like to brush it as it sheds a good amount of hair every time i do so.
This one of the things i regret buying!”
“Reordered hair online and was sent the completely wrong color. Product was ordered correctly but sent wrong. Immedately took unopened package to the local store and recieved terrible customer service from the manager Megan. She tried telling me I opened the package of hair- which i had not. The high heat temperatures made the plastic packaging and glue from seal melt and slide however it was still unopened. Needless to say the clearly blond hair that was visible from outside the package was sent when it was supossed to be brown and the store manager was unsympathetic to the situation and continued to make excuses on why she couldnt assist in the matter. Makes me feel like online ordering is just a way for the company to to mail out unwated, damaged or poor hair to customers and then tie or hands saying we cant return because its opened even though product wasn’t. Not to mention the 2 weeks it took to even recieve the product once ordered.”
