“They didnt match my hair but didnt want to go through the trouble to send them back and get them resent. Had my hair dyed to match the extensions and so far Inlove them very soft. So natural and the the clips are smaller than what im used too. Will order again in the future”
“I ordered these extensions for my wedding. I placed my order and paid extra to have them shipped quickly. They didn't arrive on the day they were supposed to. The following day I called and they said they were still in the warehouse. I paid for the faster shipping method because I was doing my hair trial for my wedding that week. Needless to say I didn't have them in time for that. Then I noticed that they charged me for the "free ponytail" that they were offering. Instead of paying them outright I chose to pay them in increments. It's an option at check out. So now I am paying interest and my total cost of loan on a pony tail and hair extensions when I should only be paying the cost of the hair extension on my loan. I called Ballami for a refund they said I would receive it and have yet to receive the refund. The quality of the extensions are GREAT. I wont deny that by any means. But the overall satisfaction of the Ballami company is not that great.”
“Great quality, amazing price, versatile, beautiful!!!! I used to work in a hair salon and I've tried many different kinds of extensions from Quickie Tape Ins, Fused and filler pieces and the Bellami extensions are VERY comparable and so much better for your hair. They feel and look so real, a lot of my friends could barely tell I had extensions in (despite the fact that they know I have short hair). I have struggled to grow my hair for years due to my last fused extensions ripping a lot of my hair out and it caused a lot of thinning. I'd been looking at Bellami's for awhile and am SO HAPPY I bought them. Even with short hair, the 120 grams were plenty to fill my whole head easily with no gaps, including using the test piece. They're so easy to take in and out, you don't have to be an expert to use them. They blend so well and I feel so confident wearing them! I love them, would 100% recommend and when it's time for a new set, I will NOT hesitate buying them again.”
“Extremely soft! Like almost softer than my own hair, the thickness is perfect for my hair and I LOVE that it has a tester piece that you can use in case you have to return. I was just going to exchange for a darker color because this is a lot lighter than expected but that was my own fault for not watching the video on youtube that compares the Bellami colors. As most extensions do shed, these do have minor shedding but that is expected but other than that these are beautiful hair extensions!”
“These were quite light for the money, only 120grams and I am unable to return them even though the netting is still on them because I flipped open the package. Will not be using Bella Mia again”
“The chocolate brown extensions have a strong tone of red! The color should be called reddish -brown. Trying to blend my natural chocolate brown hair to theirs is too much work and takes double the time to to get ready. It’s just too much work. Doesn’t look natural. Extensions are beautiful and clips are strong. There are enough extensions that come in a kit. I tried the sample and my gut told me to return but I wanted them to work so bad since the next color up is too dark for my hair. I should of stuck to my gut and returned. Hopefully there will be another shade of brown to come out in the years to come....I’ll be waiting. Thanks!”
