“Ok guys, so I ordered these hair extensions. First they took over two weeks to get to me, which, granted, is not Bellami's fault. They refunded me the $12 for shipping, UPS really, really dropped the ball. Anyway, I get the extensions and they are in this sad, flimsy grocery store bag packaging (bummer) and the hair is in these plastic bags inside. The hair is RED y'all, so be aware of that, but the packaging was so sad. For $130 I expected a nice box, and angels flying and whatnot but instead I got this junk. Okay, the hair doesn't match, I'll return it, easy cheesy. WRONG. To return the package, you have to do many, many steps which was itself annoying but then I finally send the thing back and ...duh duh duh...no refund. I wait, no refund. I call, and get an automated message to leave a voicemail. I call again, voicemail, I call a few more times and finally speak to a real person and they say once they get the package it will be another four to six (let's just say six minimum, I will not be tricked again) business (not weekends) days until I get my money back. Needless to say, I could write songs about how horrible my experience was but no one would want to listen to them especially me. If I could give it zero stars, I would.”
