The past 3 years every single time I have issue with the delivery.
This last time I order my extensions in the beginning of February 2017 and did not received until the end of March.
I also was supposed to get a gift and they did not send the right one because they ran out.
My issue is that first they did not contact me letting me know why my order was back up until I contacted them. I wanted to change my order and they did not make it easy for me. I waited it out, I requested for express shipping and they told me I could purchase it but they would not pay for it.
Not a great way to treat customers specially if they are regulars.”
“Unfortunately, when I took the extensions to my salon, it turned out they were the wrong color—through no fault of Bellami. I can’t afford a new set at the moment, but I know the color—chocolate brown—and plan to order it as soon as I can.”
“This is my first time buying hair extensions. I must say......... the quality is good and comes with enough clip ins that you don't need to use all, but good to have. I just bought the storage bag & hanger to keep them safe and protected. I would recommend these.”

“it was less hair than i expected . I was expecting a bigger amount however the quality of the hair and the color is amazing.its very silky and matches my hair perfectly. I love that it blends and looks very natural. I can curl it with my wands or flat iron them and they are just beautiful. I wear them with another set i had from another brand and they just look so good i obviously wear bellami on top. I am hesitant to other a bigger size afraid that it will be very thin hair. customer service was excellent too.”
