“I purchased my 4th set of Bellami's since I really love this brand and this set I purchased I wasn't too thrilled with. It started matting right away and after washing it, it's gotten even worse. I'm not sure what Bellami did, but I hope this doesn't continue.”

“The service at this company was awful. First they sent me the wrong order and when I tried calling they hung up on me twice after holding for 20+ minutes. When I tried emailing, I had to email them multiple times and threaten to file a claim with my credit card company before they would get back to me and when they did, they did not even answer my questions about how to return the incorrect order. Finally one representative was able to assist and was great. But when I received the correct order (3 weeks later) the quality was awful. Don't waste your time or money on this product.”
