“Product was super thin and about 3 inches of the ends were horribly split I had to have them corrected before use by a hair stylist. They not worth the price”
“If you guys have such a restricted return policy you should’ve highlighted that more while we were purchasing or on the packaging. No where it says to be careful and try the tester first. I was too excited and opened up the whole thing when I first got it then the color wasn’t matching with my hair. I had to dig in for all the information about returning. It wasn’t a cheap purchase you know. You guys just wanna sell your stuff and don’t give a damn about your customers.”
