“I was sadly disappointed. I have ordered extension from you before and loved them! But this set was nothing like the others, it thinned out at the bottom and looked scraggly. Previous sets were cut straight across which I liked, this set looks like it was cut to v in the back. The hair used to be nice, soft, and shinny and this hair just looks damaged. I really hope this was a fluke.”
