“Bought 2 sets took very good care of them the are dried out no matter what I do I had them for a week and they looked good but after that they have dried out and thinned out not happy at all”
“I ordered my hair 7 days ago and STILL haven't received my shipment email!!! I need my hair by my birthday! It should NEVER take a WEEK just to SHIP the freaking item!! I'll never order from here again just because of the horrible service! I don't pay for shipping so they can ship it whenever they please! I called yesterday and was told my item was ready to ship that day and still nothing! I'm going to call again and if it doesn't ship today, I'm canceling my $300 order and NEVER using them again!”
