“You did not have enough hair color options. Chestnut Brown was very red and less brown. Return was a hassle as I had to wait 10 business days but really about 15 actual days to get my money back. Something that takes about 5 minutes to do took you 15days. Makes zero sense. Would never from you again and will highly encourage my friends interested to use a different company.”
“I've always heard amazing things about bellami and so i wanted to try it out. I have to be honest i had really high expectations, but for me they weren't what i expected. I feel like they are not curling the way i need them too as well as shedding alot. Maybe i just got a bad batch but im not completely disappointed. They are thicker than any other extentions i have tried which is a plus since i have really think hair.”

“Hi, after saving up for these extensions and waiting weeks for them to be delivered to Ireland I had high expectations after reading lots of reviews and watching YouTube videos. At first I was extremely happy with my extensions, they weren't as silky as everyone described but they were still pretty good quality. Sadly after washing them they became frizzy and now they shed a lot, despite following the instructions and washing them with sulphate free shampoo and conditioner. I am now very disappointed because I can't even wear them as the texture has changed completely.”
