“The hair is soft and good quality. The shipping took forever and I had to get the company to re ship my order because it was never sent out in the first place or it went to Brazil. I ordered it on November 1st and didnt recieve the hair until December 30th. Honestly, I'd probably not order from this company again due to the shipping issue.”
