“I was impressed by the speed of the order and the delivery. I was impressed by how beautiful and shiny the hair was. I was not impressed by the color reflected online. It does not match my hair at all. And because I'm an idiot and didn't know there was a tester pocket (it was reversed so i didn't see the tester label) I opened it (there was no sticker seal saying not to), and so I can't return it.
So now I have brand new extensions that don't match my hair and a brand new hairwrap that also doesn't match my hair and I can't exchange it even though that one was never opened (it actually had a sticker seal).
Biggest waste of money. I wish I could have gotten properly matched in stores or have a hair swatch sent first. This was really disappointing and the images online didn't help at ALL.
I went with another brand I found on Amazon and paid a third of the price and it matches perfectly! So, having a brand name doesn't even matter to me now for this type of product.”
“The seal broke not sure if it was previously used or returned but the seal (sticker) was ripped! Also, the extensions didnt give me the volume like the model in the photo. I was very excited to try and had referred to a couple of my friends but I'm very disappointed. Not sure what to do with the extensions, its not enough volume and I dont want to spend another $166 Cdn on another set. Help!”
