I ordered the chestnut brown color and the faux ponytail matches exact to my hair but the 18" extensions (also chestnut brown) seemed a shade darker so unfortunately I had to return them. So bummed! But also so confused on why both chestnut browns would be different colors.”

“I was really excited to finally purchase these extensions but perhaps I had to high of an expectation. When they arrived they looked amazing. The color, the feel, perfect. However I noticed the biggest weft was so huge I had a hard time fitting it around my head. I adjusted and use the smaller ones at the based of my head and use thae larger one in the center. Easy fix. What I really was confused about was when i used my flat iron about a week later they extensions fried like they were synthetic. The hair ends burned and left white dots at the tips, some the hairs even split, and the overal texture changed dramatically- from soft and silky to matted and rough. I thought maybe I had made a mistake and didn’t realized they were a blend perhaps but I went back and read the description and it said 100% real. So I’m not sure what happend. Overall 3/5 I love the color and the length.”
