“I ordered #18 dirty blonde and it came with the same #18 dirty blonde ponytail. I ordered this for my wedding that’s less than 2 months away. The ponytail color is great! The actual hair extensions, that are the exact same color ordered and on the package, is a completely different color. It’s so frustrating because it’s too late to request the order to be resent and I’m afraid the color will be wrong again anyway. Now I have to figure out what to do for my wedding. Very upset about this.”
“I've been using hair extensions since I was in the 8th grade (my hair barely grows) and I must say, compared to other brands I've used, these extensions are not as full as other extension brands. I LOVE the wide range of hair color options and lengths, but i just wish they were fuller. Either way, they're really good extensions, but not sure if I will purchase again considering I can get fuller extensions for same price. Content with purchase! :)”
