“I bought these extensions after seeing them on Instagram and being highly recommend to me by friends who use them. The extensions arrived and were exactly what I ordered, however, they did not match my hair color. I took them to my stylist ( at a professional salon) and had her color them- DO NOT DO THIS!!! It completely ruined the extensions. After coloring them I was able to wear them once before they became completely frizzy and unmanageable and I had to throw them away.”
“I ordered because I also wanted to take advantage of the free ponytail. The pony tail came in a brown color. The extensions were dirty blonde-why would they send me an ash brown pony tail. A total waste.”
“The experience with Bellami was a great one! My hair is currently dyed ombre and it was a little difficult for me to pick which extensions would work best with my hair but I like that there is a "tester" click in so you can try it on. I picked the right ones and love to wear them any chance that I get!”
“Recently ordered the 18" dirty blonde extensions, shipping was pretty fast (they were shipped to Canada). I ordered the extensions when there was a promotion for a free pony tail, which I also ordered in "dirty blonde" (I would have to say the picture on the website does not match what you receive). The pony tail I received was not the same colour as the extensions, although both ordered in the same shade. A lot of hair came out of both the pony tail and the extensions the first few brushes and hair had to be cut from one of the extensions because it was sewn into and around the clip and tangled into a knot.
Overall, the hair is good quality but the colour didn't properly match the photo on the website (at least my set doesn't) and a different product that was supposed to be the same shade was not, which speaks to the consistency of the colour of the extensions.”
“The hair color was very gray and looked nothing like it did on the site. I was able to return the hair and received a refund - the customer service was great but I was just very disappointed that that it did not match and I had to order from another vendor. Also, I was very disappointed in the way the hair was packaged. It looked like the packaging you would see for a wig that you would buy from a Halloween costume store.”
