“Worst hair extensions i have ever delt with, it feels like straw and is very rough, within a few hours of wear it gathers in balls, asked for a replacement and was told they can only replace 3 weft but i bought a set and the whole set is bad not only 3 weft, i paid a lot of money for his and got very cheap unwearable quality in return, i would love a refund to buy some real human hair extension not this horse hair i was given”
“The hair is high quality. It is very fine though. Although that's probably my own fault for not understanding what 120g means. Anyway, I also have the Bambina set which is 160g (I think?) and they are definitely thicker and more realistic looking in my hair. And I do have very fine hair, but a lot of it. So if you are debating between the Piccolina and the Bambina, just go with the Bambina you'll be much happier, unless your hair is like EXTREMELY fine, then I guess stick with the Piccolina.”
“Good and bad, shipping was quick, I ordered during the Black Friday sale, price was right. Happy with all of the above! The quality of the hair is very nice, I can tell by the weight of the sealed package and the little tester extension you can open. Very silky and soft. Bad, the color was wrong, I ordered "dirty blonde" as it looked darker on screen, but it's more of a frosted blonde. Ok, I'll exchange no problem. Next time I'll use the chat to send a pic of my hair to color match correctly, nbd. The really crappy part I found was the return information didn't seem that clear when I did the live chat, you need to send an email with a picture of the unopened box, *then* they will send you the address to return. package does not come with a return label, you need to return at your own cost and pay shipping of new item (if you are exchanging). So essentially, you the customer are paying for 3 shipping orders when it's all said and done. The original order, your exchange back to bellami and the new (hopefully correct) order. That seems kinda crappy to me :/
Other then the shipping policies, and the incorrect color (which is partly the picture on screen being deceiving, as well as me not using the chat to send a picture) I would give my overall experience a good rating.”
