“The haircolor was lighter than I expected. I called the customer service to see if I was able to exchange for a different color because I had open the pack and even though the hair had not been in touch I was told I would not be able to exchange. I was very disappointed and because of that I will no longer purchase anything else from Bellami hair.”

“The hair I bought was too thin, I know its the lightest hair but its the hair I saw iluvsarahii wear, and hers looked as thick as mine. It would have been helpful if the website gave better indication of what hair type each set would best blend with. The test strip matched my hair color, so I opened the rest and realized how thin it was. When i emailed the website for help exchanging, or any hints as too how I could better blend my bellamis, the representative only assured me that 1. there are absolutely no returns once opened and 2. that I should have purchased a different set. In no way did they help me with the set that I did buy, or let me know how I could make them work, they just basically said " you picked the wrong ones, sucks for you".
Besides the overall horrible experience, the hair itself has been a major disappointment. I brush my bellamis before and after I use them, use heat tamer to protect them, argon oil to smooth them, and when they are not on my head they're neatly placed in a hair net. Even though i take care of them, every time I've worn them they feel incredibly ratty and shed worse than any extensions I've ever owned.
I will not be using bellami products again.”
