“First time ordering off your website. I had to return my order. While I have to first commend the speedy manner in which I received a response to my questions in regards of returning my extensions. I was very displeased with what I received which in the end had to send back. First of extensions are not the cheapest. So when ordering something you are hoping that your gonna get what your ordered. The pictures accompanying the extensions do not match what is sent by a long shot. Please get better pictures in regards to color and actual color of extensions ratio.”
