“The hair quality is good, don't get me wrong-- however I should have done more research on the particular color. I color matched my hair by sending a picture in, as well as watching the hair color video on the site, "dirty blonde" is not dirty blonde. It has a gold undertone, almost pinky/orangy... which is what a lot of people have said about this particular color.
additionally, because it's a completely different TONE, there is nothing i can do in terms of highlighting it that will make it appear to match my color more.
