“Will never order from this company again. When my dirty blonde extensions arrived with a very strong pink undertone colour to them it was nothing but a hassle to try and get my money back. Still haven’t got a full refund and I didn’t even open the full pack, only the sample section as instructed. When I complained I was pretty much ignored and repeatedly sent what are clearly automated customer service emails. When I asked why the colour was so terribly off I was told sometimes the blonde extensions have a pink undertone to them but they can’t control that. No one could answer why none of the colour samples online showed a strong pink undertone . Terrible product and terrible service.”
“The quality of the hair is amazing but he color is off. I bought dirty blonde about 4 years ago and it was the perfect color. I was due for a new set so wanted to repurchase. When the color came it was completely off from the previous set of extensions. The color now has turned in to blonde with a red undertone. I can’t even wear them. before the dirty blonde was the perfect match for me. Also I know the other colors don’t work for me. Also I ordered the set of dirty blonde twice just to be sure this wasn’t just a one time problem. I’m so upset they changed the coloring of this product :( they were the best extensions”

“I’ve tried ordering these extensions in dirty blonde twice now and both times they have come as more of a rose gold color, but of course I open the full package just to double check that they aren’t going to match at all and sure enough they don’t. I’ve always had a great experience in the past and every other set of extensions besides the past two have been perfect so I wanted to give it another chance.”
