“I had order before the same type of extensions and I was really happy with the product so I decided to order again and for some reason this time I didn’t like the quality of the hair and the tracks were to long for my head I was not to happy with my extensions this time :(”
“I ordered hair extensions on December 9th hoping it was enough time to get them before Christmas, I received my tracking info and they were set to arrive on 12/16, but they got returned to the sender saying I had an invalid address although the address I gave was completely correct. I waited 6 weeks before they finally arrived after 3 or 4 calls to there guest services just for them to tell me a different story every time. And I was even highly dissapointed with the product, the blonde is extremely yellow toned even though it claims to be ash blonde.”
“This is about my 5th or 6th set of Bella Mi hair extensions. My first set, I absolutely loved!! They were thick, strong, I probably took less care of them than I do now and they would last me atleast 6 months. My most recent sets i’ve ordered i’ve noticed a drastic change in quality. There’s not as much hair in the package and they fall apart so quickly. My most recent pair i wore for the first time 1.5 months ago and they’re already falling apart and I feel like I need a new set already. Very disappointed”
