“I've bought from this company before and could rave about the product. However, the extensions I bought end of May/ beginning of June are going straight in the trash. I use them twice a week max and they are such a tangled mess within an hour that I can't be seen in public. I don't know if this is no longer real human hair or what, but I look like a total joke. I followed the exact instructions on this site for care, but washing them how they said somehow made them worse. Run, don't walk from this company's new products.”
