“I received my Bellami extensions. within the first week of wearing them one of the clips came undone from the hair. also even using oils the hair got nasty and it was hard to put a brush through. it didn’t say soft and i didn’t use any chemical products on it.”

“I bought my Bellami extensions about a month ago. I absolutely love them. They have great clips that are easily hidden and put in with my fine hair, with no matting needed and i've worn them for more than 8 hours with no slipping. The only draw back is that the "ash" color they have is more golden than ash, but honestly its a great blonde color. I simply took my extensions to the salon and had them color match my hair. Overall, 10/10. No shedding, great quality hair, easy to put in. Well worth the money!”

“Worst experience EVER!!! I had ordered a set of extensions, ponytail and the cleopatra bangs all in the color "ash blonde" to wear during my upcoming vacation. When I got my package it was in the early evening so I didn't have the best lighting but I was was excited and just figured that if I ordered all items in the the same color that they would actually be the same color. NOPE I was wrong! The extensions were not ash at all they were actually pinkish,the ponytail was almost platinum with no color variation at all and its a HUGE clip! The bangs I ordered were closest to actually being ash blonde or even a real hair color at all BUT they sent me the WRONG item! I got the "side swept" bangs instead of the "cleopatra" bangs I ordered so, I didn't even take them out of the package. I emailed customer service but I'm out of luck because I opened them. I can exchange the bangs but it won't be in time for my vacation which was the whole point! SO Basically I have paid $250 for really ugly hair that I will never EVER wear!”
