“The shipment came fast and I couldn't be happier with the feel of the hair and the quality. However I wish there was more options for blondes. I ordered ash blonde but it didn't match at all. They were very yellow and I had to have them toned to match my current hair color. Besides that I was very happy with my purchase!”
“My experience with Bellami hair was terrible!! Never have purchased hair extentions before, my daughter (15) wanted to get these with her birthday money. She was so excited when they arrived, she tore into the package not realizing the void warranty sticker on the outside. After feeling them, she knew they were the wrong thickness, which is not something you could tell with the one small sample strand on the outside. I contacted Bellami immediately telling them our situation. They would not take them back!!! I understand the regulations you need to adhere to, but we didn't even put them in!! So we are out $114.00 and would need to purchase a second or third set in order for them to look right!! There wasn't any way we would have known the density of this product by feeling the sample swatch!!!”
