“Ordered the ash blonde piccolina extensions on June 6th and the original back order restock date was June 8th. Each time I would check the site the back order restock date would change to further and further in the future. I gave up when the back order date was moved to July 12th. I couldn’t be without extensions that long and had a feeling like I would never get them. They refunded me my money and was kind about it, wish I could of actually got to enjoy the hair.”
“I am so incredibly frustrated with my experience with Bellami. I had ordered extensions that I was never told were on back order, I paid to have them overnight shipped and they never arrived, after waiting a week I decided to ask about the status. I learned that they were on back order, was kindly offered the option to either cancel or just remove the $50 overnight shipping charge. I decided I’d still like to try them and was told that my extensions would be back in stock a week later, 3 weeks after I still had no updates surrounding my order. I decided to reach out again and cancel the order since they still had sent shipped, I was told I would be refunded in 2-3 days. I was never refunded. I reached out again, I was told that my refund was somehow overlooked and I would be refunded in 2-3 days, I was still never refunded. Today I received an email asking how I enjoyed my order and printed a review, insinuating that my order ever got to me. This is not an inexpensive purchase. I’m am absolutely horrified by the way that support has handled my order. I would NEVER recommend that anyone order from this brand after my experience. I’m still unsure of whether or not I’ll ever get my $150 back for the product I never received. You should be ashamed at this support process.”
