“I am not happy that I followed all of the instructions for the exchange and included everything in my physical return package but still received an email asking if I wanted an exchange. I also was not happy that my response to that email was missed and I had to actually follow up to make sure my exchange was being processed- it wasn't. Then after all of that I was still charged shipping for the exchange which would have been nice to have been waived which I then had to point out. After pointing that out I was upgraded to priority shipping which really doesn't matter to me. I would have rather been refunded the standard shipping.”

“I've had them for over a month now. I've always worn clip ins almost everyday. And I'd have each set for about 5 months before they started getting dry and tangly.
My bellamis look very well made. Amazing clips, perfect colour. Everything is perfect except, these extensions felt dry and extremely tangly, like a rats nest after a day of wear. It's horrible. I can't wear these. I will not buy these again. I guess they're perfect if you only want to wear for special occasions. They also don't curl very well.”
