“I'm a huge fan of Bellami Hair Extensions but my second set I received were not like my first set. This set was shedding a lot of hair when I just opened the package and was quit Frayed. I will still use some of the piece but I wish they were like my first set I ordered 2 months ago.”

I have been so disappointed with the customer service I've received regarding this set of extensions and the girls I've communicated with from Bellami. “I am really disappointed with the quality of the extensions.
They have only been washed and styled twice and they are tangled and feel like straw. I have never has this happen with any other human hair extensions which I have had for years I have dyed them, heat styled them etc and they are softer than the brand new Bellami. I am really shocked at how bad the quality is. Also they came packaged differently to how they are shown on the website, with no brush or nice box which I feel is misleading. After the huge expense and wait to have them shipped to Australia I wish I hadn't bothered. If I could give a No star I would.”

“I've only had these for about 1 month and one of the clips have fallen off, they have thinned and shead like crazy. I am very disappointed, my last pair basically did the same thing but in a 5 month period. Bellami used to be so good but then prices went up and quiltay went down. Looks like I have to find a new brand.”
