“The ash blonde looks absolutely nothing like the images online. It was yellow platinum blond. I paid additional money to try to have ash blond put in to match my newly lowlighted/highlighted hair. Total waste of money for the extensions and color service that didn't work either. The quality is great but who cares if I can't wear them. The free ponytail wouldn't even take the color that we were trying to add to it at the salon.”
“I have pretty thin hair but I do have a lot of hair. This set does a pretty decent job of blending with my real hair, however, next time I’ll do a thicker set. I do love the quality, and the color was perfect once toned with some purple shampoo. They shipped fast and were so soft. The purple shampoo does tend to try them out a little. Overall I am happy with my purchase”

I also received it open. I then returned it and STILL haven’t received a refund. So I’ve been waiting for almost a month now. And they received them well over two weeks ago. Just very slow customer service.”
“My hair extensions never came but $150 down the drain. I filed a claim with Belami and it went no where because they are trying to say it was delivered even though I work from home every day and can guarantee you it never did. Do not order from here unless you want your money stolen.”
