“The hair is very soft in the beginning as long as you don't apply heat to the ends. I wear my extensions everyday and always wrap curl them so I leave about an inch of the ends out of harms way (the curling iron) however, I decided to straighten them the other day and the ends absolutely FRIED! I had to cut about an inch off and never straightened them again!”
