I’ve bought number #60 in the dove Cameron extensions perfect color. But I bought color number #60 in a different set of extensions not even close to the same color. Super disappointed.

I’ve been buying clip in hair extensions for about 10 years now. This is the first time I’ve tried Bellami and I love them! I’ve been wearing them for almost a month now and they are still silky smooth. Minimal tangle and the price for the amount of hair was a great deal! Very happy, will buy again.

i tried to tone this extensions cause my hair is a very white blonde, and they tone so unevenly. ends are grey but middles stay yellow. Too thin to even blend into my hair, regret this purchase

Easy to put in & looks great. Feels wonderful! Got so many compliments and a lot of people thought it was my real hair and that it grew really fast lol

I ordered my Piccolina extensions for a big event a month in advance. I chose shipping that was 5-9 business days I believe. The tracking number I initially received was incorrect, even withe the wrong shipping company. When I inquired, it took 3 days for a response. They sent me the correct tracking number showing that the package would not be delivered until 4 days after my event. this was unacceptable so I reached out to them again requesting a expedited set so they would arrive in time. After some back and forth, they agreed making me promise to return the other set that would inevitably arrive about a week and a half later. The expedited package arrived 2 days later than promised. I had very little time to get an appointment to have the extensions cut as desired for my event making the whole experience rushed and stressful. Lo and behold, the second set never arrived, so if I did not reach out, I just would have never received my order. I would like to say that I understand the shipping companies are not the actually the company themselves. However, if you are going to work with shipping companies and you are giving quotes on delivery time frames, you have to be accurate. These products are beautiful and well made, but they are expensive. If I spend the money on them, I want to have them when I was told. The situation also would have been easier if I didn't have to send 3 emails of the same content to get a response (twice). Customer service and shipping was terrible. Hair is great.
