“These are so thin! Nothing like the volume were with 4 clips on it. My hair got melted off recently so i was counting on the 18” clip ins to help make my hair look somewhat normal. They are so thin and raggedy I can’t really do much with them. Also- they don’t seem to be real hair because you definitely can’t color them. I toned them to make a rooty look and they went charcoal gray, and that’s what synthetic hair does when you color them.”
“They sent me a review but did not realize that I still do not have even have the product? I needed them for a special weekend but they never showed up. Been following up with DHL they keep getting the wrong city after i fix it multiple times they keep auto-populating wrong location,”
“First, when I got the package I was disappointed it was in a cheap, plastic bag...it made me feel like I bought a cheap product...other companies I've ordered from come in a fancy black box that you can keep to store your hair in. I got the free ponytail, but I have never been able to wear it because it was SO heavy...also the color of the ponytail looked different than the extentions. I have a hard time with the smaller wefts because the Barrettes are so far apart it leaves a gap on the side of my head and you can SEE my extentions...(that was embarrassing).i wish the package had come with smaller sections, with fewer barrettes...i think it would work better for people with thin fine hair like myself. Lastly, a few weeks ago I notices one of my barettes is coming undone from the extentions. I'm kind of disappointed in this product, I will be ordering somewhere else next time. On a positive note, the hair was a great match to mine and were less expensive than the previous brand I ordered from. Shipping was prompt as well.”
