“I was a very faithful shopper when it came to my bellami hair extensions. I've purchased many different lengths, weights, & colors. All was good up until my most recent purchases. The quality was lacking. The same set that used to last me 6-9 mo only lasted 3. Customer service was also lacking when I ordered a set that was supposed to come with a free wand that didn't arrive for several months after the extensions”
“The hair is thin, poor quality and barely takes semi permanent color. I'm very disappointed. When I watched videos of then Bellami hair it looked so thick, this is so thin and very few pieces.”
“I've had multiple sets of bellami extensions, I've ordered them for friends and coworkers, and have always loved the quality. This time the extensions I ordered were thin at the bottom and the hair looked damaged. They used to be thick all the way from the base to the ends, and made of very healthy, strong hair. This time the hair had split ends and looked like it had been damaged from lightening it.”

I have to brush them whenever I wear them down every 40 minutes at most. Disgusting and will never purchase from you again. “I purchased the 18" beach blonde set and after about a month of usage the set is stringy , frizzy and unmanageable . I barely use shampoo, heat , & I care for them as I have other brands over the passed 10 years or so- they shed like CRAZY even after purchasing expensive products strictly for extensions (which I've never had to do for other brands) and the breakage is unreal- they're at about 16" of length at this point after getting them trimmed to try and revive - yet they still break and they're still crazy frizzy! I've never experienced such poorly constructed extensions , especially at this price point.”
