“This time when I got my order the hair seemed very thin and not as much hair as the last time I ordered. I had such bad customer service withe company and getting my package delivered. I finally found my package waiting at the post office in my town with no street name ok the package so they had no idea where to deliver it to. If I didn't pop in to check to see if my package was there that day would have been sent back. Very disappointed”
“The hair came apart the first day and I couldn't return it because I was holding on to the fact it could stop shedding but never did :( I had bought a set before in mochachino brown before and those are still perfect. Both dyed with semi permanent hair dye. I had to buy Sally's hair and to my surprise its still holding well.”
“They are nice quality extentions, I received them 2 days before I left for Florida for a wedding. My hair is always difficult to match up with the right extentions. My hair is almost a white/blonde color and on the website the Beach Blonde looked to be a good match. The Beach Blonde has more of a yellow tint to it, so it doesn't fully match my hair but I wanted them desperately for the wedding I was attending. So besides the color being a bit off, one of my extention-clips started coming apart, I'm not too sure how to fix it but for the price of the hair.. I wasn't expecting it to come apart after less than a month. I still would consider purchasing more hair in the future but I'll definitely have to do a little more research on color and brand. By the way, I do absolutely LOVE the free curling iron that came with my purchase. It's the bomb and curls the hair perfectly! Thank you! xoxo”
“The clips attached to the extension tracks unfastened after only a week of wear. This was really disappointing. I've bought hair from Bellami in the past however never had the clips fall off. With the reputation and name to back up the brand I expected them to be perfect.”
