“Very disappointed in customer service via email. I sent a picture and my question 5 times and I kept getting the same response. " how can we help you ". I posted my picture and question and 5 times no one answered it. I finally gave up. It's so unfortunate the money you pay for the extensions and I just needed a simple question answered. I saw so many excellent reviews on how great the customer service was. What a disappointment.”
“I love the feel of my bellami extentions,they are so soft! However, the extensions were a lot thinner than I expected and the colour did not match my hair at all. It also took over a month before I received them.”
“My order did not make it in time . Therefore I was not able to use thee extensions. I email customer service and basically never got a solution to the fact they were the wrong color. I feel that as a consumer a phone number should be involve to be able to speak to a live person. As of today they are still in the shipping box and package un used . I have lost out on $125.00. Still have no idea what I will do with them. It took so long to receive them that I am not comfortable shipping them back and getting a color that matches . Also, being that I can't talk to anyone I don't know what my options are.”
