“My order did not make it in time . Therefore I was not able to use thee extensions. I email customer service and basically never got a solution to the fact they were the wrong color. I feel that as a consumer a phone number should be involve to be able to speak to a live person. As of today they are still in the shipping box and package un used . I have lost out on $125.00. Still have no idea what I will do with them. It took so long to receive them that I am not comfortable shipping them back and getting a color that matches . Also, being that I can't talk to anyone I don't know what my options are.”

I stopped wearing them for a while but started again this year and am planning on getting my next set today. I have trimmed the ends up and they are starting to get snarled really easily but otherwise they have been perfect. a must buy!”
