“I LOVE MY EXTENSIONS.. my hair is normally right to my shoulder blades, i wear my extensions EVERYDAY!! Style them, braid them, everything. One of my coworkers that i don’t see often said “wow your hair has gotten so long” she did not believe i had extensions until i took them out and showed her.”
“The quality is good, but the color is not what I have seen on the website it is much darker. I ordered extensions and a ponytail wrap both in ash brown and they don't match, they look different from each other.”
“I have had these extensions for one month. I have been using extensions for over 5 years at this point so i know what they should feel like. Initially they were amazing, felt silky and blended well. After one wash they felt completely fried. I wear these daily and have to brush them about every 30 minutes as they become very frizzy and matted almost as soon as i am done brushing them. I chatted with customer service and of course have to jump through hoops of sending pics and even possibly sending them the extensions for them to "inspect." I was told that these hair extensions have a special coating on them that gets washed away after the first wash. That is somewhat understandable but im not stupid. All extensions are technically "dead" and they don't start feeling like this for months after use. This is not normal. Save your hard earned money and buy a different brand.”

For 3 weeks or more they are keep saying prosesing your order in 2 to 3 days !!!! Never trust them anymore!!”
