“I placed my order for the Black Friday promotion for the free ponytail with the purchase of some extensions but I never received it. I sent emails but they never worked on it. I have yet to recieve the pony tail.”

“I recently had the 160g 20" extensions and felt that they were too heavy for me so I opted for the 120g. These are much more comfortable for daily wear. The color is beautiful too. The only complaint I have is that I was used to the smaller pieces in the 160g that could be used on the side of my head but the 120g does not come with these smaller pieces (1 clip pieces and extra 2 clip piece). I was able to utilize what I have to put in those spots.”
