“If I could zero stars I would. I ordered these expecting to dye them to my hair color as they were a little light. After three attempts, the hair continues to have a silver tone to it. I’ve tried to tone it and nothing works. The pony tail I was given took no color at all. It has been dyed twice and still remains blonde. I emailed your customer service department days ago and have not gotten a response. I want my money back as this product is not what was promised. I will also let people know not to buy your product as it is clearly not what is advertised.”
